The Housing Debt Helpline Wales offers support to individuals and families who are finding it difficult to meet their mortgage or rental payments. The helpline is operated by Consumer Credit Counselling Service, a registered charity that provides free, independent, confidential and realistic advice to people in financial difficulty. It has been part-funded by the Welsh Assembly Government and is supported by the Wales Co-operative Centre.
